Until now, we have the following list of these adaptations :

Silent black and white

-La Esmeralda, directed by Alice Guy (1905). With : Denise Beckers (Esmeralda), Henri Vorins (Quasimodo). Five minutes. French.
-Notre-Dame de Paris, directed by Albert Capellani (1911). With : Henry Krauss (Quasimodo), Stacia Napierkowska (Esmeralda), René Alexandre (Phoebus), Claude Garry (Claude Frollo). Thirty minutes. Though this film isn't available in commerce, one edition has been restored for the century of cinema and is watchable at the Forum des Images (Paris). French.
-The Darling of Paris, directed by J. Gordon Edwards (1922). With : Theda Bara (Esmeralda), Glen White (Quasimodo), Walter Law (Frollo),  Herbet Heyes (Phoebus), Carey Lee (Paquette), John Webb Dillon (Clopin) and Louis Dean (Gringoire). USA.
-Esmeralda (from Tense Moments from Great Plays), directed by Edwjn J. Collins (1922). With : Sybil Thorndike (Esmeralda), Booth Conway (Quasimodo), Arthur Kingsley (Phoebus), Annesley Healy (priest, Frollo ?).
-The hunchback of Notre-Dame (1922), British. No more informations.
-The Hunchback of Notre-Dame, directed by Wallace Worsley (1923). With : Lon Chaney (Quasimodo), Patsy Ruth Miller (Esmeralda), Norman Kerry (Phoebus),  Winifred Byrson (Fleur de Lys), Nigel de Brulier (Claude Frollo), Brandon Hurst (Jehan Frollo). Available on DVD and Youtube. First case of Frollo's character split in two through Jehan - it's Jehan who acts like Frollo in the book while "Claude" is a good priest. USA.

Speaking black and white

-Quasimodo, directed by William Dieterle (1939). With : Charles Laughton (Quasimodo), Maureen O'Hara (Esmeralda), Sir Cedric Hardwicke (Jehan Frollo), Thomas Mitchell (Clopin), Edmond O'Brien (Gringoire), Alan Marshal (Phoebus), Walter Hampden (Claude Frollo). Available on DVD and Youtube. Second case of Frollo "split in two". USA.
-Robert Montgomery presents the Hunchback of Notre-Dame., directed by Norman Felton (1954). 2 episodes for TV. With : Robert Ellenstein (Quasimodo), Bramwell Fletcher (Frollo) and Celia Lipton (Esmeralda). No more informations.

Colors

-Notre-Dame de Paris, directed by Jean Delannoy (1956). With : Gina Lollobrigida (Esmeralda), Anthony Quinn (Quasimodo), Alain Cuny (Claude Frollo), Jean Danet (Phoebus), Robert Hirsh (Gringoire). Two versions : the French one and the American one (censored, some scenes shot in a different way, at least six minutes in less). French-Italian movie. Available on DVD and Youtube.
-O Corcunda de Notre-Dame, directed by ? (1957). Brazilian TV Series. With : Lolita Rodrigues (Esmeralda),  Douglas Norris (Quasimodo), Henrique Martins (Phoebus), Percy Aires (Gringoire), Chico de Assis (Jehan Frollo).
-The Hunchback of Notre-Dame, directed by ? (1966). British TV Series of seven episodes (25 minutes for each). With : Peter Woodthrope (Quasimodo), Gay Hamilton (Esmeralda), James Maxwell (Claude Frollo), Gary Raymond (Pierre Gringoire), Alexander Davion (Phoebus). Episodes : Abduction, Torture, Seduction, Interrogation, Accusation, Repentance, Retribution.
-The Hunchback of Notre-Dame, directed by Alan Cooke (1976). British TV Series in two parts. With :Kenneth Haigh (Frollo), Warren Clarke (Quasimodo), Michelle Newell (Esmeralda), Christopher Gable (Pierre Gringoire), David Rintoul (Jehan), Richard Morant (Phoebus). Available on Youtube, rare on DVD. It's the first time that Frollo is clearly designed as a priest.
-The Hunchback of Notre-Dame, directed by Michael Tuchner (1982). British TV movie. With : Anthony Hopkins (Quasimodo), Sir Derek Jacobi (Frollo), David Suchet (Clopin), Robert Powell (Phoebus), Lesley-Anne Down (Esmeralda). The complete version has never been released. Available on Youtube and DVD.
-The Hunchback, directed by Peter Medak (1997). TV movie, USA. With : Mandy Patinkin (Quasimodo), Richard Harris (Claude Frollo), Salma Hayek (Esmeralda), Edard Atterton (Gringoire). Available on DVD and Youtube.
-Quasimodo d'El Paris, directed by Patrick Timsit (1999). French comedy. With : Patrick
Timist (Quasimodo), Richard Berry (Frollo), Melanie Thierry (Esmeralda), Vincent Elbaz (Phoebus). Sets in nowadays.

To come :
-An adaptation of Notre-Dame de Paris by Zhang Yimou, "Quasimodo" with Josh Brolin.
-A retelling of the Disney through Esmeralda's eyes in series.

Will someone remember what's the name of the new director for the ex-Tim Burton movie ? I can't recall it and I don't find the name on the Internet. :/

The name of the director is Zhang Yimou and the name of the movie will be "Quasimodo" starring Josh Brolin.
